粉(fen)末冶金固體生胚(pei)密度計

粉(fen)末冶金是将金屬(shu)、合金、或其氧化物(wu)、碳化物等粉末☀️裝(zhuang)🥰入模具内，施以高(gao)壓而成形，再進行(hang)燒結固化🧡來制造(zao)所需要的材料、産(chǎn)🤟品的技術

針對粉(fěn)末冶金生胚密度(du)計，可選購以下幾(ji)種規格：

1、 小量程，高(gāo)精度；稱重精度千(qian)分之一，密度精度(du)萬分之💞一；

2、 大量程(cheng)，低精度；稱重精度(dù)百分之一，密度精(jīng)度千分之一,有1公(gong)斤，3公斤等大量程(cheng)；

3、 大體積，可定做；大(dà)體積件，我司可以(yi)根據客戶要求🍓訂(ding)做。

原理：根據ASTM B311、B328；MPIFStandard 42、57；JIS Z2505、 Z2506；GB/T5163可适用于封(feng)蠟法、真空飽和法(fǎ)量測，

采(cǎi)用阿基米德原理(li)浮力法，準确直讀(dú)量測數值。

本機采用一體(tǐ)注塑成型測量架(jia)，一體注塑成型透(tòu)👣明🚩水槽，組裝方便(biàn)，耐磨耐摔，防腐蝕(shi)，可清楚觀察樣品(pin)在😍介質中情況。

測量步驟(zhou)：                                                                  
①将未含(han)油産品品放入測(cè)量台，測空氣中重(zhòng)量，按M鍵記憶。

②将産品拿(na)到真空機含油，測(cè)含油零件空氣中(zhong)重量，，按M鍵記憶(yì)。
③将含油(yóu)樣品放入介質中(zhōng)，按M鍵記憶，直接(jie)顯示含油率及體(ti)積密度值。

視密度(dù)測量步驟：

①将樣品放入測(ce)量台，測空氣中重(zhong)量，按M鍵記憶。
②将樣品*浸(jìn)入介質中，測介質(zhi)中重量，按M鍵記(ji)憶，直接顯示密度(dù)值。

根據(jù)規定本公司密度檢測儀(yí)保修期(qī)爲三年。在保修(xiū)期内，凡屬于正常(cháng)使用情況下由于(yu)産品本身質量問(wen)題引起的故障，本(ben)公司将負責給予(yǔ)免費維🌈修。 保修卡作爲本(ben)機的保修憑證，請(qǐng)用戶妥善保存，遺(yi)失不補。 一經塗改，保修即(jí)時失效。

According to the prescription, the period for protecting to fix our company’s moisture analyzer is 3 year. (From the day when you have the invoice) During this period, any belongs to under normal usage circumstance cause because of the product quality's problem of breakdown, our company will be responsible for giving free maintain.This card and the purchasing invoice are both considered as the Protection to fix warrantees, so please reserve them carefully. Lose don't repair.  Once it has been changed, the protection to fix immediay expired. 

以(yi)下情況恕不免費(fei)維修 Free maintain won’t be given under the following circumstance：

 1、 無保修憑證(zhèng)的。 Without Protection to fix warrantees 

2、 未按說明(ming)書的要求操作機(jī)器而引起的故障(zhang)。The breakdown caused by the manipulation that hasn’t follow the requests of the Manual. 

3、非(fei)本公司持約維修(xiū)人員拆動造成損(sǔn)壞的。The damage caused by the dismantle movement of a non-our- 

 authorized maintainer. 

4、 因移動或跌落(luò)而造成的故障、劃(hua)傷或破損。The breakdown, row harm or damaged because of the  move

 or drop. 

5、 用戶保管(guǎn)、維修、使用不當造(zao)成損壞的。 The damage caused by customer inappropriate preservation,

 maintain, or the usage.  

6、 易損件及(ji)随機配件。 Easy damaged pieces and present accessories are not concerned. 

7、 因(yin)不可抗力造成的(de)故障或損壞。 The breakdown and the damage caused by the Force majeure
